Here are my specs and I have around $120 to spend to upgrade and yes I know, I am broke (Keep in mind I am currently 16). Thanks I appreciate the help.

You will get no where with that system for any amount of money without replacing everything aside from the case, power supply and hard drive. Trading an XBOX One for this thing was a bad move.

The systems forum has a lot of different parts options you can look at when it comes to re-doing the system but you will need a lot more than $120 since nothing not much in the current system is usable for newer games. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/forum-31.html

Are you located in the US ? Also do you have a legit windows os or do you need that as well ? also do you have PC building skills ? You best bet is probably ebay there is really no point in upgrading that PC it maybe better to pick up a system on ebay instead.

For about $120 you can buy a used Dell Optiplex 7010 or 9010 mini tower versions or an HP Compaq Elite off eBay.
- Core i5-3470
- 8GB RAM
- 250GB to 1TB HDD
- Windows 7 Pro or 10 Pro preferably 10.

Then switch the motherboard, CPU, RAM and HDD to your case. Otherwise you could move your PSU, GPU and HDD into the replacement computer.

It isn't new but would be a huge upgrade over your current system. Pricing is based on actual sold items on eBay.

Then save up for a GeForce GTX 1050 or GT 1030. Unfortunately your PSU is too weak for buying a cheaper and more powerful used GPU. Once you factor in the cost of a PSU. It makes more sense to buy a new energy efficient GPU.

Sorry but I feel you made a bad move and $120 is not going to make any material difference. That whole system is obsolete and well under the minimum spec required for modern AAA games which your old XBox One can play reasonably well. Throwing money at such an old platform is a waste, far better to carry on saving until you can get a modern budget gaming rig.
