Hey I have been searching for a new mid tower case. I used the 400c in my old build and it was great. That and the 460x are just a little to small to allow for push/pull 280-360 rad front intake (80mm) and a evga 1080 ti ftw3 or the asus strix.. 290-300 mm cards. I don't like the ssd mounts up the side wall in the phantek p400 or evolve and dont care too much for the define r6. I like a very simple and sleek inside bc ill put my ssds below the shroud or behind the motherboard. Trying to keep it $120ish and below.

I was looking at the lian li 330 for roughly 100$!!! It checks all my boxes with good top and front radiator support..room for push/pull and the longer cards. I've seen the gamer nexus review of the 550 and the thermals were not great but the 330 has a different front panel; instead of the mesh sides down the front, it appears to have intake gaps at the top and bottom of the front panel.

Has anyone used this case or know how efficient those gaps are? The 400c has gaps all down both sides and it's thermals were great.

I know push/pull isn't necessary for cpu temps but it definately helped with everything else, any thoughts on it?

My plan is to use a, 280mm AiO+possible extra fan under the rad/ next to the psu, or a 360mm AiO as intake. Using 3 exhaust fans.... Which setup would you prefer? Ill use tthat for a while and save up for a dual custom loop with 280/360 in front and 240/280 up top. I like to OverClock and have 5-6 hour gaming sessions.

So looking for a good mid tower with glass side that allows for such a plan, besides the ones already mentioned. If the 460x-non rgb was just a little longer, it would be perfect. Thinking of going for a matte black/white/red theme with white led strips.

The fractal design R6 is a great choice.
