Cpu working fine, then turned off and wont post.

Solution
The repeating beep generally indicated a memory problem. The re-seating the SDRAM. Remove each stick if memory one at a time, clean the contacts, blow out the slot, and then firmly reinstall the stick. Then repeat for all of the memory sticks.

Then try booting the PC.

You have to reset the bios. to do it there is two options,
1. Clear CMOS: there will be two pins on the mobo which you have to short for few seconds then turn the pc on.
2. Remove CMOS battery from the mobo and wait for few minutes then put it back and tap power button.

Any oc attempt by auto oc software, instability of XMP profile, that for some reason is not working. If it is a new build and default setting without any oc tuner sw installed then it is very unlikely to happen. have you checked the RAM in the qvl list of this mobo? Actually you can identify the error from beep pattern it is written in the mobo manual.
