Using my ssd with windows installed to boot in another pc?

Hello guys please help me.. I have a sata ssd with windows 7 installed from my pc, can i use that same ssd on another pc and boot to windows? Do i just have to connect my ssd on that other pc? Thanks in advance

That doesn't work. Included in the installation files and registry are memory addresses that work for your PC, but will not work in any other PC.
