Im getting The following fatal alert was generated: 40. The internal error state is 252. Source Shannel. Event ID 36888.

Then i have Source WMI ID 10.

Then Session "NT Kernel Logger" stopped due to the following error: 0xC0000188 Event ID 10

Then warning Event 4 The maximum file size for session "NT Kernel Logger" has been reached. As a result, events might be lost (not logged) to file "C:\ProgramData\Intel\SUR\QUEENCREEK\IntelData\temp\2017_06_26__06_25_16_boot.etl". The maximum files size is currently set to 104857600 bytes.

Event ID 7026 The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
cdrom

I never had this problems xD

The system is limiting logger file size because of a default file size limitation setting.
The service is creating a log file so large it overflows the limitation setting for file sizes.
The suggested solutions were:

Change "Start" value (REG_DWORD) to 0 (Zero) at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\WMI\GlobalLogger key.

1. Change StartUp type of SystemUsageReportSvc_QUEENCREEK service to disabled.

I would open the task manager and try to disable QUEENCREEK service...

Go to the regedit and search all QUEENCREEK entries and delete.

1. Re-install the Intel Driver Update Utility.

2. It is very important that this time during the installation process, when you get asked the following question:

"we invite you to join product improvement program..."

3. Click on "Decline"

4. Once the installation is complete, restart the computer.

5. Uninstall the Intel Driver Update Utility using the regular Uninstall option located in "Programs and Features".

6. Restart the computer

7. Delete the SUR folder
