Is it possible to connect the cpu fan to a other 4pin connector which is not labled as CPU_FAN? Does it effect temperatures? I have mine connected to a header named CHA_FAN1 because I haded to connect my case fans to it or else my gpu would bend the cable to much.

Possible yes. Recommended - no.
Cpu fan speed gets regulated depending on cpu temperatures. If wrong fan is connected, wrong one gets regulated. This may result in cpu overheating.
Better use fan cable extension.

The fan profile in your bios may be different for a cpu fan rather than a chassis fan. Make sure (in bios) that the chassis fan plug you want to use is set to the cpu temperature and not the chassis temperature and then copy the profile points to the chassis profile. OR - buy a fan extender cable for about $4.
