How to get data from my secondary Hard Drive with Corrupted OS in it?

Well, i have two drives, both with OS win 10. i use the OS working drive in boot. the drive with corrupt os, i can see it but i dont see any data expect useless folders.
pleaes help cos i need to retrieve those files inside that drive. thanks maties!

"On the corrupt drive, do you see a Users folder? That is where all your personal data is saved by default. Can you give us examples or post a screenshot of the folders your are seeing?" Along with BadAsAl's excellent advice, add the following:
Using any one or more of a number of free and fee backup/restore, or Puppy Linux, utilities, make a USB and a DVD boot, boot the utility, use its file manager to copy off your data folders onto the good internal HD or onto any reliable external media.
