PC Wont Start After a Load Shedding

My PC wont turn on after a load shedding or a simple disconnection of power. After Trying many things, I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the main motherboard cable and it worked. Unfortunately I don't have UPS right now, so every time load shedding happens, it requires to reconnect the motherboard cable. And that may destroy the connection port :(
Is there any way to fix it permanently?

My Config (Pretty Old)
GB H61M-S2PV Rev 2.0
Intel Core-i5-3570
GB GTX 1050 TI
12 GB DDR3
ANTEC VP550P

Is there any indication that your power switch on the case is at least attempting to start the system? (Brief flurry of fan activity, flash of lights, etc.?)

Your motherboard or PSU could be failing....;obviously trying another known good PSU of sufficient wattage and noting the results would help us figure out what's good/bad.

(Agree with above, not sure what this 'load shedding' is referring to, possibly a language barrier? DO you mean reduction in load causes your system to shut off? Or an increase in load? Or something else?)
