Hello guys,

At this moment i have a
i3 3220 with a dedicated motherboard CM6431
8Gb 1600 DDR3
GTX 550Ti

At the moment I wanted to do a budget upgrade. To be able to play CSGO and PUBG and probably streaming.

What do u think about that?

i3-6100 Dual-Core 3.7GHz 3MB Skt1151
Micro-ATX Asus EX-B250M-V3/C/SI Bulk
1050Ti

Btw, my 1600Mhz ram works fine in the B250M?

Solution

It's clear that the prebuilt PC has been upgraded at some point since the stock one comes with 2x 1333 Mhz RAM while OP has 1600 Mhz RAM in it. Also, GTX 550 Ti isn't one of the stock GPUs shipped with this build. Since GTX 550 Ti is 116W GPU and it needs at least 400W PSU, it can be assumed that the stock PSU is also switched out for more powerful one, e.g 550W.

Still, the point remains where the most powerful GPU that can be put into that PC is Titan V since MoBo supports it. Though, to run Titan V, i'd put 650W PSU in it.

@OP:
If the stock PSU with peak power of 350W and continuous power of about 320W is in there then best GPU that can be put into that build (due to the PSU's limitations)...

Well, what you're planning above is low-end.
Oh, you can't use your DDR3 RAM in B250 chipset MoBo since those support only DDR4 RAM. Basically, starting from Intel's 6th gen CPUs (Skylake), you're looking towards DDR4 RAM. While there are few 100-series MoBos that also support DDR3 RAM, most of them support only DDR4 RAM. Also, finding H110 chipset MoBo that supports DDR3 RAM on sale is a tall order.

Here, you got 2 choices:
1. Go wit Haswell family CPU and MoBo, so you can re-use your DDR3 RAM, e.g this one:

CPU: Intel - Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($229.95 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI - H87M-G43 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $319.94
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

2. Go with the latest tech (Coffee Lake) and also buy the DDR4 RAM to go with it, e.g this one:

CPU: Intel - Core i3-8100 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor ($112.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - Z370P D3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial - 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($81.39 @ OutletPC)
Total: $284.27

Hum, but with the i7 i always need to take a new motherboard, RAM's and video card, right? And im not buying a recent CPU if i go for the i7

GTX 1050 Ti will do fine at 720p with ultra settings but if you'd add streaming to it then for smooth gameplay, you'd probably need to reduce settings to medium or so.

As far as performance goes, all these CPUs have the same performance: i3-8100, i5-7500, i5-6600, i5-4670K, i5-3570K where the Core i3 has the cheapest price per CPU. i5-4670K and i5-3570K are using DDR3 RAM while the rest are using DDR4 RAM.

no you dont, your current motherboard is compatible with an i7 3770

The i7 is superior to any of the lower end cpu's you can get , and since you dont need to buy a mobo or new ddr4 ram its also cheaper

with your 350w power supply the best gpu you can get is the gtx 1050 ti ( make sure it is a version that does NOT need a pcie 6-pin cable plugged into it )

thats the cheapest option to do what you want

If the stock PSU with peak power of 350W and continuous power of about 320W is in there then best GPU that can be put into that build (due to the PSU's limitations) would be GTX 1060 6B.
Reason why you can put GTX 1060 6GB in there is because it's power draw is almost as same as with your GTX 550 Ti, where GTX 1060 6GB draws only 4W more than GTX 550 Ti. Also, some models of GTX 1060 6GB are also powered by 6-pin PCI-E power cable, just like your GTX 550 Ti is powered.
GTX 550 Ti vs GTX 1060 6GB comparison: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-550-Ti-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1060-6GB/3161vs3639
some 6-pin GTX 1060 6GB, pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/tJyxFT,QVWrxr,Ft7CmG,7RKhP6/

Though, with GTX 1060 6GB, i'd switch the 350W peak power PSU out for 500W PSU to give the PSU some headroom.
