Cpu without fan

Hello after cleaning my cpu i forget to connect wire of cooling fan i run the cpu after 10 min automatically its shut down and i try 4-5 times try to open but cup is not open after i check and i connect cooling fan cable after i try to open cpu its not opening what can i do now

- Unplug the PC and give it 10 mins to cool then try again.

- Make sure the CPU fan is connected. Make sure it has thermal paste.

If it doesn't start up after shutting off due to overheating the processor may have been damaged although unlikely.
