If the road is private you could run a fiber. The main problem...other than actually running the fiber...is you need power on the end where you connect to spectrum. Although there are solutions that convert cable to fiber spectrum likely would not want to be bothered with it.
This means you need to put a cable modem near the road in a weatherproof box along with a fiber/ethernet media converter that you can plug into the modems ethenet port. A cable modem and fiber converter take very little power so you likely can solar/battery power it. If you would select equipment that runs on 12volt you could directly power it with the correct solar panel and couple of large batteries used in UPS could be charged and hold you when there was not sun.
Most the cost on the fiber install will be digging a trench along the road. If you could do that part you would save a lot of money. You can get direct bury steel jacketed fiber but the problem is cutting it and terminating the fibers. You almost pay someone to terminate the fiber, it takes specialized equipment that is not worth buying. If you own the power poles you could run the fiber on the poles but the problem is still getting the ends put on.
