AMD Ryzen 3 2200G Vega Graphics Not Being Recognized

OK, so I've installed Windows 10 and the only thing I've installed so far are these official Ryzen drivers. After restarting the PC and clicking on the Radeon settings icon in the system tray, I get this lovely message. The processor is being recognized as having Radeon Vega Graphics but it's messing up as a display adapter. The specific error on that yellow exclamation is a "code 12" about not being able to find enough free resources. It then says if I want to use this device, I'll have to disable one of the other devices on my system. What is my next step? What am I missing?

EDIT: Just to make it a bit clearer, everything seems to work fine except that Windows seems to be expecting an actual AMD graphics as opposed to using the APU for graphics.

The computer is on an ASRock AB350 Pro4 running BIOS version 4.60. I poked around in the BIOS settings but couldn't find anything about enabling CPU graphics on my motherboard . I even checked in the Northbridge section. Nothing. I also followed the guide about disabling hardware acceleration in Windows, but their screens don't seem to match mine as I don't even have the same buttons or layout as they do. For example, there's no "Troubleshoot" tab on any of my graphics adapters I could pull up.

This is all very weird. I'm in the process of updating Windows 10 right now so maybe that'll magically fix it.
