I need to buy a new pc as mine is broken kind off and I was going to buy motherboard cpu and keep my 16 gb ddr3 ram. And keep my gpu and save up for better one later and can you suggest a decent motherboard for slight overclocking ? Thanks

You need very specific ddr3L ramd (which you will most likely not have) to have it work with a 6600k. Normal ddr3 ram will not work or when it does it will kill the board/cpu quickly and create a very unstable pc when using it.

No need to oc your i5 with that card as the 560ti is quite the big bottleneck to the 6600k.

Question from MasterKempinis : "a good cpu, motherboard that support 16 gb ddr3 ram"

4770K are good cpus and often overlooked on ebay for the 4790K, and you can get good deals on them if your patient.
z87 Motherboard or z97 Motheboard would permit you to overclock that cpu.

if you have no intentions of overclocking , then 4770 and a H81, B85, H87, H97, P87, Q87, Z87, Z97 are the low-high end motherboards that you can find for your I7-4770 to run just fine.

is your DDR3 ram 1600? or 1866 as it will make a difference in the choice of your motherboard, B, H,Q,P support usually 133 or 1600, where the 1866 Mhz ram normally only support by z87/97 motherboard. this may guide you further in your deliberations.

finally addressing " and if not is it possible for me to overclock my i5 on this motherboard "
I would suggest to READ a lot of overclocking forums, as by my readings (ref below) seemingly that motherboard isn't prone to good overclocking and has tendencies to blow stuff under OC.
