Hi guys! I sold my laptop recently and im about to buy used pc. I found two with, i think, quite good specs for money for this mining era. I need your opinion whether i should buy one with newer CPU or with newer GPU (warranty 5 months). I wont mind if you tell me opnion whether its good idea to buy any of these.

Specs are following:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 103
GPU: ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5
RAM: Kingston 16GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL9 HyperX Beast Series
MB: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VII HERO GAMING MB
PSU: Corsair RM750 (750 W, 80 Plus Gold)
SSD: Kingston HyperX 3K SSD 240 GB
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB
PRICE: 550€

or

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 + EVO
GPU: GIGABYTE Geforce GTX 960 4GB GDDR5
RAM: Corsair 16GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Black Vengeance
MB: GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H
PSU: Corsair TX650W (80 Plus Bronze i think)
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 240GB
HDD: Western digital black - 640gb
PRICE: 490€

i incline towards first one but older GPU make me think about future (drivers, death of card). Sorry for my english as its not my mother language.

Solution
If you are picking between the two, the the first one is better choice. Better CPU, better motherboard, and larger hard drive are the pluses. The con is the older graphics card.
