As I did not have a DVD drive, for more than a year I used my desktop without any antivirus or other security related software. Recently thought that it would be better if I did install one so started by trying to download and install spybot as the first step in scanning my system before I install kaspersky but was told that some critical files were missing. Decided to go ahead and simply install the antivirus but once again the installation screen continued to quit after a specific point. Can someone please help me how find out what is wrong...don't really want to reinstall the OS
