the title says it all really.
SPECS:
8Gbs ddr3
gtx 1070
i5-4690k 4.4Ghz

should it get more memory?
i see that i'm not getting fps that other 1070 users are, like in PUBG and warhamer vermintide 2.

DDR3 RAM generally scores between 50-60% as it has to compete against DDR4 RAM. Before buying new RAM I'd actually go into BIOS and try using XMP to overclock the RAM to 1600MHz. You may not need to buy new RAM, although Crucial isn't really ideal for performance. Your RAM score is very low because it's running at 1333MHz which is the base speed. It supports 1600MHz as does your motherboard.

The only big weakness I see is the RAM. Low end budget RAM, slow and not enough of it for some games. I'd recommend replacing it completely with a better quality 2x8GB kit.

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)

Team Dark 16GB (2 x 8GB)

The GPU and CPU are fine. CPU is still solid for a couple years and the GPU will be good...
