Graphics Card Registering Monitor for Split Second/Non Functional Ports

Hello! I have had issues with my graphics card recently and I thought I would ask a community.

I am running a GTX 1080 Ti, and an i7-7700k 4.2 GHz CPU. The graphics card has four ports, one hdmi (Fully Functional), and 3 DP Ports (none of these work).

When plugging in a monitor to a DisplayPort the computer will make the effect as if it is registering a device, but as soon as I take my hand off of it, it will disconnect immediately.

I have had this issue persist for months, but it seems as if my graphics card may be damaged. For the longest time I used a DVI-D to HDMI adapter, that was very heavy and often had the wire pulling down. I am worried that this may have caused some physical damage to one of the ports, but it doesn't explain the issues with the rest.

As for the rest of the DisplayPorts, they haven't been functional whatsoever, the computer doesn't make any sound effect as if the thing I am plugging in is registered. I don't believe I have received a faulty graphics card, but it could be the case.

I have tried updating all drivers for my gpu through window's "Search automatically for updated driver software" feature and through NVIDIA's GeForce Experience, unplugging and plugging everything into different ports, completely restarting the computer, unplugging and plugging in the power supply, and I have checked the internals for any lose cables. The Customer Service for CyberPowerPC (Company I bought the PC From) attempted to help me fix the issue and didn't succeed, and then continued to offer me a new graphics card. To save us the hassle I came here, asking for your guys help.

I just would like other's thoughts and suggestions, it's not a dire emergency, but I would really like to get it fixed in the near future.

If a different display port cable doesn't work I'd take them up on their offer to replace that card. Sounds like an issue with the connection to the ports especially if they never worked. If the DP cable is pulling down on the plug, try straitening it as it may be sagging. I'd make sure the display is set to auto detect. Testing the card on another system or with another display could confirm the card needs to be replaced.
