Will the Intel Pentium G3420 bottleneck the GTX 1060 3gb?

I have an Intel Pentium G3420 and want to upgrade to an i5 4590 since I can't afford an i7. However, I want to get a GTX 1060 3gb first since I will upgrade my CPU a few weeks later. Would I notice a massive bottleneck or would most games run fine on high-ultra settings?

Depends on which games. Less demanding games will run great. Something like Assassin's Creed Origins not so much.

Would an i5 6500 or i5 7500 bottleneck the 1060? I am thinking of upgrading to the new 7th gen platform. Or should I get an i5 4590 first and then wait until new CPU's come out?

Neither of those i5's will bottleneck a 1060, don't worry.
