the noise cancellation for my headset seems not working -plantronics 628 - I lowered down the microphone but still not working. I heard background noises louder than my voice I'm so dissapointed. I am using window 7. what will I do, Help me please, my students are always complaining about the background noises

Are your headphones cancel noise actively? Might be something wrong with the components. If not, I figure it might be a bad contact to your PC. Replug the headsets?
