I have had an amd fx8320 in my computer for about 3 years now and at full load *while gaming* it lands somewhere in the range of 48-52c. The problem is, my pc shuts down at 52c. I read on the site that the max temp for this chip is 61c so I'm unsure as to why this is happening. I put new thermal paste on it about a month ago *arctic silver* and the temps have literally not changed. There is plenty of air coming in and out of the case. Any suggestions would be helpful. Have not overclocked and it is also using the stock cooler.
