Red led blinkin on MSI B150M MORTAR ARCTIC

Hi! first, my specs:
GTX 1060 3GB
MSI B150M Mortar Arctic
8 GB ram, ddr4
Cooler master 500 W, 80 plus efficiency
Intel i5 6500
Ok, so my pc is running, and everything seems to work fine.
But in the last few weeks i noticed that i had a decrease of fps in game.
At the same time, i noticed there is a red led blinkin just about the gpu.
Could it be that my gpu is not receiving enough power from the psu?

(updated latest drivers of my gpu, and the temperature in-game is fine)

The Paladin
looking at your set up, it tell me the low end Cooler master 500 W, 80 plus efficiency is your problem, I have used a few of those on 7870 and 1050ti and they failed. I would seriously look into getting something in the 650W range as well

I really appreciate your help, actually i finally found a video where is shown that the red light is only a led, not a problem advise. I see now that a new nvidia driver is available to install, but when i click "express installation" it fails everytime. So now i have a different problem, but thank you very much for the time you spent helping me.
I will look forward to buy the psu you suggested.
