Hi

I've been having this problem a lot where my computer crashes with the blue screen of death and the error code is "memory_management". I've tried updating all drivers and etc. but i think problem is in RAM (maybe to increase voltage). i've turned off XMP but it didn't help BSOD problem

Please give me some advice what to change in Bios, timing voltage or else...

i've G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-14900CL8D-8GBXM & ASRock 970 EXTREME4.

Solution
(from your photo)
your cpu was released in june of 2014
your bios was dated 5/23/2014

you need to update your BIOS before you start suspecting bad memory,
a memory bugcheck can be in actual RAM, or it can be in virtual memory (pagefile.sys)

the old bios can be providing the incorrect voltages (too high) for the CPU clock rates,
be sure to update the BIOS and motherboard drivers from the motherboard vendors website. Then run memtest86 to confirm your memory timings are ok.

Generally, you should also provide the actual memory dump file from c:\windows\minidump directory so it could be looked at with a windows debugger.
