Interleaved to Fastpath help

I have Century DSL and i cant get support to understand what im talking about is there a way to get better support? i was wanting fastpath mode to lower my ping for gaming

It is a matter of calling and being persistent until you find someone that knows what those terms mean. It is a fairly simple change. In general your connection will only be set to interleaved if the quality is poor. If you change it to fastpath you may see packet loss.

You would have to hope your connection is set to interleaved by mistake but generally most ISP test when they install and set it to fastpath if it will work.

I have tried like 5 or 6 people its crazy i guess i will eventually get someone who knows what im talking about
