Best Cooling for a 90-degree Garage

Hi, all! Pretty crazy, but I'll be gaming from a garage here in Georgia, where the temperature can be in the teens to the 100s throughout the year.

I was wondering what cooling solutions I'd need to protect my PC (e.g., case, case fans, CPU cooling, video card cooling, etc.).

Many thanks for your replies!

Like stated above, only air-conditioning unit would give significant protection for hot temperatures. Conventional cooling methods (fans, heatsinks, AIOs) won't get your PC's temperature below ambient temperature since they all are still cooled by ambient air.

Only cooling solution that doesn't depend on ambient temperature would be LN2 (liquid nitrogen) but setting it up and maintaining it is very expensive and extremely difficult thing to do. Also LN2 cooling is mainly used for record setting and long-term usage of it is very rare, especially in home environment.
