Have Internet Access But not receiving packets [Wifi]

Okay so i hosted a wifi hotspot and Shared it with my Dial-up Broadband Connection.
When i check the properties of the hosted network it shows Internet connectivity in IPv4

But when i use my iphone or android to connect to my hotspot connection, it says no internet connection

and packet received are 0

A HotSpot is something you use to allow other devices so you don;t share it with your existing DialUp connection. Instead, you go to a PC and tell taht the HotSpot password and it can get online.

It will cost a small fortune, especially if you connect a Windows device to it and Microsoft start shipping huge updates.

The alternaive to the HotSpot in Android is Tethering and that allows the Android device to share an Internet connection but it isn't possible with a DialUp connection.

Am I misunderstanding your problem?

umm it's, i bought a wifi USB adapter
Made a hotspot using [netsh wlan set hosternetwork mode=allow ssid=asomehting key=mypassword] using cmd
then shared my dial up Connection with my wireless connection

when i did all this. I tried to connect my Phone with my wifi , It says internet access at ipv4 but it says no internet access while i try to connect it to my ios.
