Hi.

I run:
i5 4690 (non-k),
8GB DDR3 GoodRAM Play,
1TB HDD (WD10EZEX) - Western Digital Blue,
AMD R9 280X MSI Gaming 3G.

I have everything on my HDD at the moment and I can pick up Intel SSD 128GB really cheap (like 50% off)
https://ark.intel.com/pl/products/125018/Intel-SSD-545s-Series-128GB-2_5in-SATA-6Gbs-3D2-TLC

But would it be sufficent space for OS (Win 7 Pro) with upcoming updates, maybe I would put Fortnite, League of Legends, Opera, Winamp, Office 2013 and some other programs. Any ohter things (GTA V, Bf3, maybe even LoL (why not), War Thunder, music, pictures etc etc).

I do know that this upgrade would speed up my PC, but I think that 128GB is too small (preferably 240/256 would be enough). Or is it not?

What do you think? I was not planning to buy SSD, but the price is low, but, yeah, 128GB may be too small.

Buy a 250GB or larger.
A 120 is right on the edge of TooSmall.

With a 120GB drive, you really only have about 80-85GB to use. You need to leave some space for the TRIM function.
The Win 7 install will take about 40-45GB after all the updates are run.
That's already 1/2 the drive space, gone.

Office 2013 is about 2-3GB, various other small utilities will take another 2GB.
So you're right at 50GB, before any other real applications or games.

Sounds almost like what I am running. My drive containing Win10 is a 110 GB solid state. The only thing on there is Win10 and Microsoft Office. After 5 years the Used space is about 51GB and have 59GB free space left.

My data/game drive is a 1TB and has plenty of space left on it.

I have a 128 GB SSD for my OS & a 1 TB HDD for my programs & data and I am going to replace the 128 GB SSD with a 1 TB SSD for my OS & programs and keep the 1 TB HDD for data. Don't go to small.
