I have already built multiple pcs before but have never encountered this problem. I built a pc for my friend, it was a budget build, with a ryzen apu and no gpu, i built everything and set it up and finally went to turn on the pc, fans spin, powwr led is on, cpu fan also spins, not feeling any hdd activity, psu fan spins, and somwthing i noticed, is that not all the time, but sometimes when i first turn it on, the rgb lights under the mobo flash briefly and then go off immediately after (using this mobo). I tested if the problem is with the display input by connecting a keyboard and chexking the caps lock light and so, but no signal, so i assume it didn't even boot yet. I will be chexking if the problem lies with the ram by putting them into my own pc, and will be getting back to you.
