What is Best AGP card to this day

Hello, I have an old Medion MT6 that I haven't touched In a very long time. It has an old AMD XP 3200+ around 1gig or ram and an old fx5200 and some dusty 250gb hdd, Anyway I was asking what is the best AGP GPU because I want to max this thing out, so I can play some games on it.

Radeon HD 3850 is the best AGP card I believe and from Nvidia it's the GeForce 7800GS but I'm pretty sure AMD cards were the best back then.

The 7900GS (or was it the 7800GS?) was probably the most popular and as such the cheapest "performance" AGP card for Nvidia. They dropped AGP support much sooner than AMD. The AGP 4650 was very rare, the 3850 was much more common. They would be the fastest and most recent cards. I don't remember there being a 5xxx model for AGP.

The 7800GS was the more popular (and most available) of the NVidia AGP cards.(Anyone remember this?) and there wasn't an HD5xxx series AGP card.
