Water loop not filling

Sorry for another "water loop not filling" question, hoping to get some helpful advice on how to combat this problem.

Loop order Res/pump > GPU > 280mm rad (top) > CPU > 360mm rad (side) > res/pump

Swiftech MCP655 PWM is attached directly to reservoir (underneath)

I've attached molex cable to PSU with jumped ATX cable.

Attempted tilting the case in multiple directions, no change.

Really, really appreciate any help. I am completely stumped. I have put the reservoir cap back on until a solution is found, but when testing I do have the cap off.

Solution
Where does the water get to before you see it stopping up? I would guess around the CPU block or near the 2nd radiator?

Although, I do see one potential problem - your GPU inlet/outlet are on the same port and they really should be alternate ports - in your case, looks like 'in' on the right, but should be coming out the top left. The way it is setup now would make your GPU block just a pass-through and wouldn't cool the card.

Rubix_1011 is correct. You have GPU inlet/outlet configured wrong. This needs addressed for certain. Regarding coolant flow, is the pump pulling is water, or lots of gurgling, air bubbles sound? If water isn't flowing after a few seconds, I'd shut pump off before it burns up from lack of water movement. When draining/filling my loop to get primed, I'll only run pumps a few seconds at a time until water is flowing back to reservoir.
