[SOLVED] Clearing Cookies in Safari

I was trying to clear the cookies in Safari and it kept reloading. There is a specific issue was with loading the Amazon cart. I was able to load the cart on my computer but not on the clients. I even tried to flush DNS via command line. What would cause the inability to clear cookies in preferences in Safari?

Did you try Advanced option > check Show Develop menu in menu bar > Empty Caches? Then exit Safari and reopen it.
