Can't load saved games.

Hello everyone!
As the title says, I'm having a little but very frustrating problem.
I'm a dummy when it comes to these stuff so I hope you can help me.
I've been playing on windows 7 for years now (installed on a HDD) and today I've decided to buy an m.2 SSD to install windows 10 and a few other programs on it. Obviously I want to boot from the SSD but then comes the problem... When I start a game (doesn't matter which) it can not see my old save files.
So my question is: is there any way to boot and start a game on windows 10 while being able to load the saved data from the Windows 7 drive.

Bonus question: when I've tried to boot into Windows 7 my pc froze at the login screen, does anyone have any idea why is this happened?

Thank you for your help!

Solution
You have a clean setup of Windows, your saved files are on the other hard drive on the other setup. You need to go game by game and see where the saved files are stored, and see what you need to do in order to copy them. If they are installed in Steam, the Stream FAQ has instructions on how to copy your games over to a new drive.
