I built my computer my self (i7-7700K, GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, 16gb ram,) it is liquid cooled with MasterLiquid Pro 140

It idles at around 40-50 celsius , ive only noticed till recently. when playing games for example rainbow six seige it gets around 65-80 celsius.

the ways ive tried fixing it:
-used compressed air to completely get rid of dust
-put all fans and liquid cooling pump at 100%(which makes it sound like a wind turbine)

Solution
well, not everything that has "liquid" in the name performs great.
In fact most AiOs up to 280mm rad perform same or worse compared to air coolers. And air coolers are quieter.

Beside that "wannabe liquid cooler" there could be a number of reasons for the high temps :
* overclock
* too high voltages pushed by default to CPU.
* well, without deliding, many intel K CPUs are awful at thermals
