Hello all, I have a Ryzen 7 1700 that I am trying to overclock. I am going for a light overclock of 3.7ghz for which I have set the voltage at 1.3v on Ryzen Master. However, when running CinebenchR15, CPU-Z is reading my core voltage at 1.4volts. I read that Ryzen 7 can handle 1.3v no problem, but 1.4 has me worried.

Why is it running at 1.4 when I set it at 1.3? Am I reading this all wrong? Thanks for the replies.

AMD's (very conservative) max voltage is 1.425v so with good cooling it's not a problem. Your voltage varies because it's not set manually while C-states and turbo are active.

Hmm i see. So how do you manually set Cstate and turbo maximum voltage?

Update: In ryzen master it shows 1.3V while running the same test. CPU Z just displays something different.
