not recognizing motherboard's name

Hello everyone ! I have installed hwinfo and hwmonitor and both show me the motherboard model as INTEL CORPORATION SHARKBAY. And also the +12v rail is not shown. I have an AFOX H81 motherboard. Thank you.

I can only assume AFOX is such an obscure brand, these hardware monitor programs don't have any AFOX products in their database, so they can only identify the motherboard by the Intel chipset it uses. It looks like AFOX only built motherboards for a few years.

Why instead of showing the motherboard's name as 'AFOX H81', it shows as 'intel corporation sharkbay'. Is there something I can do to display the right name of the mobo ? Also in the sensors section, it doesn't show the voltage on the 12v rail

Try a different hardware monitoring program like Speccy or Everest Home Edition to see what they show.
