Ryzen 3 1200 and gtx 1060 3gb

Will a r3 1200 hold back a Gtx 1060 3gb with out overclocking it as I had mistakenly brought an a320 Mk mobo? And is there anyway to oc on an Asus a320 Mk with 550ww psu?
My other specs are-
Toshiba 1tb hdd
Circle elegantor gaming cabinet
Corsair Vs 550ww psu
Corsair vengeance 1x8 go ddr4 2400mhz
Asus A320mk prime motherboard
Gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb oc[ I was able to get it around 18000 RS yesterday in a local store {

Short of blck overclocking which I wouldn't recommend then no - youll be at stock speeds.

I wouldn't sweat about it in all honesty, a stock ryzen 1200 will do absolutely fine with a 1060 3gb on a 60htz screen

I have exact same specs, built the PC around october 2017: GTX 1060 3 GB and ryzen 3 1200. It runs everything fine. I've actually made a topic a few days before about overclocking ryzen 3 1200. I didn't OC it too much, currently set at 3.5 GHz @ 1.1850 V. No freezes, temperature is around 40-45 C while gaming.
