For 60fps gaming, since i only play 1080p 60hz i would like to know if it worth it, to upgrade

I5 7500 7th gen
8gb ddr4 3600 corsair
Maximus hero VIII
Msi gtx 480 gaming 4gb oc edition

The 970 would be a downgrade.

The 980 Ti would only be a small boost so the value isn't there.
