Over the last two weeks I have begun to have an issue where my screen with go black and a buzzing noise will start. The computer is unresponsive until after a hard reset.
It happens randomly and never seems to be under an heavy load so I don't think it's a power issue. Has happened three while watching hulu and once while streaming off another website.
7 days between first and second time, 1 day between second and third time, 3 days between third and the most recent.
Nothing showing up in event viewer. No BSOD file. I don't see anything bad when I view my Afterburner files.
Currently running Windows 7 Premium 64 bit
AMD FX8350
Asus M5A97 motherboard
32 gig gskill ddr3
strix AMD R9 390 GPU
Corsair 800 W PS
I am about to run memtest for a few cycles and see what come up.
If anyone had any other ideas on how I can test this they would be greatly appreciated.
