Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a new Win10 PC and the internet on it is terrible. I've been messing around with it since yesterday (I got it to work for a few hours last night until I turned the pc back on this morning and now it won't work again) when it does it doesn't stay connected very long or it's slow. The longest it's been up without a problem was for 30 mins then back to square one.

Troubleshooting usually says Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration and default gateway is not available. I have read many articles and tried the answers but to no avail. ipconfig flush and all of that even changing the ipv4 and normally after this it changes to your computer appears to be correctly configurated, but the device or resource (dns server) is not responding

Everything else on the network is working fine like smartphones, laptops, etc
Maybe it's something simple and I'm doing something wrong, please help me! if you need any info then let me know and I'll post it (I'm not very tech-savvy though so go easy on me)

Hello, what network are you trying to connect to? Are you trying to connect through wifi or Ethernet? it could be that you are not set to obtain an IP address automatically. in order to set it automatically go to control panel > Network and internet > Network and sharing center > Network connections > right-click on wifi adapter > Properties > double-click on Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4). > make that Obtain ip address automatically and obtain DNS server automatically are checked. If not, check them and apply settings. Go to CMD and type Ipconfig/renew and ipconfig /release. Hope this helps.
