Upgrading Graphics Card

Hey guys, i got a question. My nephew has a Cybertron PC that he uses for iracing.This PC is 2 years old and he now has to turn his graphics all the way down on iracing to be able to race. It has the onboard AMD HD 8370D graphics card. I was wanting to know if i can add a stand alone graphics card? The motherboad does have a PCI-E x16 slot. If I can add one, what would be a good but reasonably priced one? Any help is appreciated and sorry for my terrible PC terminology.

If that is the only game he plays, then a GT 1030 would be a good choice, which costs about $80. If the PSU has
6/8-pin connectors there would be a lot more options, however.
