Probably medium at 1080p with some things on high and foliage on low... But honestly wouldn't it take less time to play the game and judge your framerate yourself than it took to write this?

If not yet built, you can do better with the build. The 4th gen i5 is still good but if building new it is a waste.

I mean, i'm in the process of building it. I already bought the parts. I do not intend upgrading to ddr4 because the price to buy a new mobo, expensive ram that performs similarly to ddr3 in gaming does not justify the performance gain. I just plan upgrading the cpu to an i7 4790 in the future.
But for now, i just want to know the optimal settings based on these parts to run pubg in 60 fps 1080

Yup, then Medium - High should be optimal. PUBG is CPU intensive so there may be reasons to switch to Low for constant 60.
