Best Ram and Graphic card for ASUS M4A88T-M

I want to upgrade my pc. It has asus m4a88t-m motherboard. Basically i want to upgrade ram and graphics. So please tell me the best ram and graphics card for my pc.

Before we can suggest what you can upgrade to, we're going to need to know what you currently have. Going by product site's specs, you can drop in a 4x4GB DDR3-1866MHz kit, but your mileage/overclocking will vary. Please not that 1866MHz is an overclocked frequency. by Default it will run at 1333MHz. If you want to upgrade your ram, you should go for a kit instead of mixing and matching.

I wouldn't suggest getting anything above 100W TDP on your processor side to avoid the VRM area from burning out. It's got no form of heat dissipation for the VRM/power delivery.

Here are my specifications,

RAM: Kingston 2gb DDR3 1333 MHz
Graphics ( Dedicated ) : ATI Radeon 4250
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 B50 550 3.10 GHz processor out of which one core is not working
140 watt CPU support

I want to buy either a 4gb ram or 8gb ram with respect to prices. Can I upgrade to 1600 MHz?
