I build this pc
CPU:Xeon x5460 4core 3.16ghz
Ram: Ddr3 2*4gb
Motherboard: ga-g41mt-s2pt
Will gtx 750ti will be good with this pc?
I want to play (GTA v- bf1) and record gameplay

You might need to install the game, then tweak with the settings. i'm not exactly sure you're going to be able to record gameplay as well. You're looking at almost or all of your 8GB 's of ram being used up. Since the BFBC2 era of games, the titles from EA...in the Battlefield genre are CPU intensive, you will see frame rate dips or unplayable frames.

Speaking of frames, what is your monitor resolution?

Some games will be playable however the 750Ti will hold some stuff back and it it is an older processor so expect around 30-40 fps on low-medium settings. You may have to turn the resolution down to 720p to get more frames.
