Mid tier-ish, the GPU is good but I'd highly recommend getting a SSD (240gb+) for the OS and maybe a couple of games with really long loading screens. As for the PSU without knowing the exact model it's hard to know if it's any good. For 1080P to 1440P the system should game quite well but if you stumble upon a 4790(K) for a good price I'd get it for the extra performance.
