Right now i would not recommend building a pc because gpu and ram prices are high.
But if you still want a pc there are some options which i can recommend for reasonable price for that i need to know your budget.

Cpu - ryzen 1600
Motherboard - msi b350 pc mate
Graphic card - gtx 1060 3gb ($260) or used 970ti ($170) used
STORAGE- 2 gb kingston and 150 ssd
RAM - g skill ripjawas 8gb 2*4gb
PSU - evga supernova 650 watts
CASE -

This pc will roughly cost you $600

I would recommend to shop these parts from some retailer or microcenter.

There is a low possibility that you can you grab these graphic cards at this prices.

With this system you wil easily get 150 - 200 fps in leaque of legends

Has a 6 core Ryzen chip and mobo that will allow for OC. 2 x 4GB of RAM at 3000Mhz. 1050Ti for now, so that when the new gen comes out you can pick up a better card. OS included.
