Is a Seasonic S12II 620W Bronze enough for my PC?

As the title say's. Is a Seasonic S12II 620w enough for this build.
i5 4670k oc 4.4ghz
Asus Z97-E motherboard
GTX 980 ti sc+ overclocked on stock voltage
1 256gb ssd, 1 120gb ssd, 1 500gb hdd
4 140mm case fans
hyper evo 212 cpu cooler
This is my current build except I have a GTX 970 FTW at the moment and i'm waiting on the 980ti. I currently have a corsair cx750m grey label that came with the case, but I've only read negative things about that PSU and don't wanna use it anymore. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Corsair have many different PSU lines.
from crappy VS to high end AXi.
the older (green) CX PSUs were mediocre at best. The CX with a silver label are actually quite good mid range PSUs. S12II is not an upgrade.
Corsairs RM650x or EVGA SuperNova G3 650w would be an (unnecessary) upgrade.

There is nothing wrong with your CX750m. It's a decent unit if it works, why to replace it ?
Like S12II 620w is a decent PSU, but kinda very old design. It's not going to give you any meaningful advantage over what you have.
Both are adequate for your current and future specs.
You'd be better investing this budget toward CPU upgrade to something like i7-4770K or 4790K. That would be meaningful upgrade with the 980Ti for both average FPS and significantly reducing stuttering/freezes and controls lag (they are there with i5 in many modern games even if you don't think there are)

I was gonna replace it because I have only read bad things about the corsair cx power supplies. Mostly every thread on here say's there only for basic builds not for gaming PC's. And I also read to never overclock on it either. That's the main reason I was gonna replace it.

The bad reviews for the cx750m on newegg are mostly due to coil whine, which is not a sign of failure. Based off of the reviews, I don't see any red flags. Coil whine is caused by vibration in some of the electrical components. They all vibrate, but coil whine is caused when they vibrate at an audible frequency. Can you post links to some of the threads? I'm picky about PSU's so I understand where you're coming from. If it's getting close to the end of it's manufacturer's warranty then I'd replace it, but otherwise your're probably better off keeping it. If you can share some of the threads that might be helpful.

Thank you for the info and suggestions. I had no idea that the green label and silver label had different build quality. I'm guessing most of the bad reviews came from the green label as the links you gave say different about the silver label. I don't wanna spend money I don't have too so I will just continue to use the one I have and save up for that i7 upgrade you mentioned :). Thank you again for the quick response and help!

I purchased a Cooler Master Master Case Pro 5 from someone who was upgrading and they included the Corsair cx750m silver label. They only used the PSU a short time so it's basically like new. As I have continued to upgrade my system and started overclocking everything (CPU,GPU,RAM) I wanted to be sure that the PSU would be sufficient. That's when I started researching and seeing all the bad reviews on the cx model. I would rather spend the money elsewhere if an upgrade isn't needed. But I also would rather be safe than sorry. Again thanks for the help.

The next upgrades for your system (assuming you have 16GB of RAM) are CPU cooler and jump to i7. the later changes a lot in quality of gaming experience.
Fortunately, the i7-4770K or 4790K can be found for ~200$ and you can sell the current i5 for around 100$.
You can expect the above prices to drop more in near feature as the coffee lakes offer similar performance for similar or lower prices (i3-8100 and i5-8400 would offer about the same performance as i5-4670K and i7-4770K respectively)
