My GTA 5 files were deleted by itself and now i have to re download it through steam again

the game on steam said it was uninstalled so i have pressed install and it discovered the files successfully 2 times and now the files are gone once it did it again so it makes me re download the game. anyone know if i can get it back. if you can help that would be great.

Not sure what you are asking here, you are trying to re-install the game but it's not working? Or it just said you had to re-install it but you did not?

ok... i had it installed before and i played it a lot then all of the sudden the game is deleted. so usually i have to press install again and it will discover files but this time the files were gone and i had to re download the game

It's odd that you had to re-install it even before, are you messing with the system say with mods or running something like ccleaner often to "clean" the system?
