Which one is better HDMI/DVI?

Hi, my gpu just arrived today, and it requires HDMI/DVI connector which I doesnt have right now. Im wondering which one is better? My computer's screen resolution is 1600x900.

They produce the same image quality. Neither is really better than the other.

Really the only thing HDMI has over DVI is the ability to carry audio (which only makes a difference if your monitor has speakers that you want to use).

At that resolution they are completely equivalent for video. Use the HDMI if your monitor has speakers in it.

Does your monitor have speakers? HDMI can do sound as well as video. Other than that you won't have any difference between the two.
