I recently installed a new CPU (i7 6700k) but I had problems with crashing before this install.

To try and fix this I have already:

- Installed a fresh copy of Windows, resetting everything. Before this fresh install my pc would blue screen several times a day. Now after this fresh install I no longer blue screen but my games crash frequently (even very optimised games like rocket league and Fortnite).

- My graphics drivers are up to date. I even reinstalled them.

- Somebody suggested that my RAM could be running at the wrong speed. But they are infact running at the correct speeds ( 8gb of ddr4 I running at 2400, 4gb of ddr4 running at 2666)

- I checked the dump files on a recent crash which pointed to a Cosair utility program causing the crash (keyboard driver). I deleted the program, still crashes.

- My CPU and GPU temps are good (I have a Cosair h55).

Thanks for the help guys! Here's a link to my parts: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/7Cj29J

why do you have different set's of ram running at completely different timings and how do you run ram at different speeds whats the point.
