Panasonic LCD TV Problem

I have a Panasonic TC-L39EM60 TV. Whenever I turn it on, it turns off and back on by itself several times. Then whenever it does finally come on and stay on, the picture only lasts for about 10 seconds and the whole screen becomes a huge static looking blur. When it does this, it will automatically shut off, then turn back on. Then the same thing happens, 10 seconds of good picture, then blur, then restart again. What could this be?
I took the back off of the tv, and made sure all wire connections were seated properly, then turned it on with the back of the tv off, and it worked for 10-15 minutes. I thought it was fixed so I put it back together, and sure enough, the same problem happened again.

Solution
It could be motherboard of the LCD which comes cheap, but finding it its a complicated thing i would suggest you to see how much repair would cost, if its 1/3 of TV's original price it would be umm okay, but if it exceeds i would personally buy new TV.

Just check that all connections are okay, there are no bulged caps, then i would go for shops assistance.
