I have an i3 4170 and a gtx 1050 ti. I wonder if I can play Far cry 5 at 1080p obviously minimum graphics

Here are the Far Cry 5 system requirements (minimum)

CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 | AMD FX-6300 @ 3.5 GHz or better
CPU SPEED: Info
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 | AMD R9 270 (2GB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0 or better)

Yes. You could run it at medium and a mix with about 40 fps on adv. I have a i5 3470, 8gb ram and a gtx 1050 ti 4gb and I run on a mix of high and ultra settings with around 38 to 46 fps. A solid 49 plus fps if I lower a few settings.
